- Plain Radiology including ultrasound
- Access to CT, MRI etc
- ECG
- Echocardiography
- 24 hour ambulatory ECG
- Spirometry
- Endoscopy

Who to refer:
- Patients aged over 65 years with complex comorbidity
- Unexplained falls
- Possible Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, e.g. tremor. Please refer untreated
- Non-specific or unexplained symptoms e.g. syncope, dizziness, breathlessness, weight loss, anaemia
- Review of complex polypharmacy
Who not to refer:
- Patients under than 65 years (unless suspected Parkinson’s – Dr Duncan will see)
- Single organ pathology in an otherwise fit older person (please refer to appropriate specialty)
- Acute stroke or TIA (refer to Neurovascular clinic)
- Patients requiring full multidisciplinary assessment (please refer to OPRA)
