Quit Your Way – Stop Smoking Support
Quit Your Way NHS Lothian is an advice and support service for anyone trying to stop smoking in Lothian.
Engaging with stop smoking services can greatly increase the chance of successfully quitting tobacco and staying stopped.
Trained advisors work across primary and secondary health care settings and offer:
One-to-one support
Group sessions
Telephone support
Behavioural change support and nicotine replacement therapy options are offered where appropriate.
Anyone can visit their local pharmacy for free nicotine replacement therapy.
Anyone can request Quit Your Way services including the individual concerned.
Anyone wishing advice and support to stop smoking tobacco.
Who not to refer:
Vape users who do not smoke tobacco
