Self-Help Resources

iThrive offers practical tools and reliable information to help people support their own wellbeing.
The self-help section includes factsheets, worksheets, podcasts, videos, and apps covering topics such as anxiety, depression, sleep, relationships, body image and cost of living.
There are also resources designed specifically for carers, students, the LGBTQI+ community, minority ethnic, and veterans.

Thrive Welcome Team Drop-in Times

The Thrive Welcome Team helps people in Edinburgh find the right support at the right time.
The team offers compassionate, person-centred conversations to understand what matters most to each person and connects them with local services, community groups, or activities that can help.
No referral is needed – unless it is difficult for the patient to attend a drop-in session or there are interpreter needs. Anyone living in Edinburgh can contact the Thrive Welcome Team for information, guidance, and emotional support.
Whether someone is seeking help for themselves or for another person, the team is there to listen and offer direction to the most appropriate support.
