Information
Very common in young children, usually seen in both feet, but can be unilateral or more obvious on one side.
Usually improves over time but not always completely. Does not usually cause functional problems other than increased tripping/falling which is caused by toes catching and nothing to worry about
Can be coming from hip, knee or foot (or combination)
Insoles and exercises will not correct this, neither will stretches.
Reassure parents normal variant, provide with leaflet.
