The West Lothian Alcohol and Drugs Partnership works with other agencies to provide information, support and treatment services. The West Lothian Drug and Alcohol Service is a 3rd sector organisation providing accessible services aimed at reducing the harm caused by drugs, alcohol and tobacco.
West Lothian Community Addictions Service
There are same day prescribing clinics available across West Lothian to commence opiate substitute treatment (methadone or buprenorphine). These clinics run as a drop-in service. If you wish further information on the same day prescribing clinics, then please contact 01506 282845.
The drop-in clinic times are:
- Monday: 9:00am – 12:00pm at Blackburn Health Centre
- Tuesday: 1:00pm – 4:00pm at Howden Health Centre
- Wednesday: 1:00pm – 4:00pm at Strathbrock Partnership Centre
- Thursday: 10:30am – 2:30pm at Whitburn Health Centre
- Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm at Bathgate Health Centre
