They must be able to attend a clinic for an Outpatient appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-standard-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>How to refer:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refer via&nbsp;SCI Gateway&nbsp;Referral &#8220;AHP-Physiotherapy&#8221;
