This is an online cognitive behavioural therapy (cCBT) programme addressing the psychological impact of several common Long-Term Conditions (LTCs) outlined below. The programmes are provided via email-generated links sent to the patient. More details are available on the cCBT welcome page<\/a> including its evidence base for high improvement rates.
