They provide free, confidential, accessible, independent&nbsp;and locally based information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is available for disabled\/long-term sick persons over 16 years living in Edinburgh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advice Topics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disability Benefits &#8211; Personal Independence Payments (PIP), Attendance Allowance (AA), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Universal Credit (UC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transport and Access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rights at work and Supported Employment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education and learning opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessing care and self-directed support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information about emotional support and self-management classes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grants and trust searches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respite opportunities and holiday planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Housing and adaptations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment and Aids<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs\" data-active-tab=\"0\"><ul class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-links\"><\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\">Referral Guidelines<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p><strong>Referral Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grapevine accepts self-referrals from disabled long-term sick persons who are over 16 and living in Edinburgh or are registered with an Edinburgh GP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advice line is open Monday-Friday 10am till 4pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0131 475 2370<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or the disability information officers can be emailed. Referrals for this service are through Health Professionals only.
