It is based on CBT principles and has a strong RCT evidence base. It is a structured programme, available instantly, and can be accessed 24\/7 including for use when people are struggling.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daylight uses psychologically established approaches including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Behavioural \u2013 stimulus control and worry exposure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cognitive \u2013 restructuring and relaxation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/files\/sites\/2\/Anxiety-self-referral-DAYLIGHT.png\" alt=\"Anxiety self referral DAYLIGHT\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">images courtesy <a href=\"https:\/\/onboarding.trydaylight.com\/daylight\/welcome\/357#1\/1\">Daylight (trydaylight.com)<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The programme is for those with mild-moderate anxiety but can also benefit people with &#8216;non-clinical&#8217; anxiety who are edging towards a clinical problem.
