I have always found them a great pleasure to work with and very responsive to improvements and developments in radiology pathways. Together, we have introduced many innovations, such as electronic requesting, pathways for whole body CT for suspected cancer, ultrasound for abnormal asymptomatic LFTS and enhanced access to radiology (EAR). The RefHelp team are constantly updating guidelines and advice for radiological examinations, providing practical advice on the best way to communicate these via RefHelp. The team also recently facilitated a very successful education meeting about various radiological issues. Jane, Becky, Catriona, Aparna and all their colleagues have a great understanding of the interface between Primary Care and Radiology. I think RefHelp is becoming more and more established as the \u2018go-to\u2019 resource for both primary and secondary care colleagues.
