Please refer untreated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-specific or unexplained symptoms e.g. syncope, dizziness, breathlessness, weight loss, anaemia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review of complex polypharmacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who not to refer:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patients under than 65 years&nbsp;
