Please refer untreated (Dr Keane \/ Dr Maguire)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Patients of all ages with post-acute stroke problems or cerebral small vessel disease (Dr Keir)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-specific or unexplained symptoms e.g. syncope, dizziness, breathlessness, weight loss, anaemia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Review of complex polypharmacy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who not to refer:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patients under 65 years (unless suspected Parkinson\u2019s \u2013 Dr Maguire will see)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Single organ pathology in an otherwise fit older person (please refer to appropriate specialty)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acute stroke or TIA (refer to Neurovascular clinic)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Patients requiring full functional and multidisciplinary assessment (please refer to ARC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Memory Clinic patients: Should be referred to the MATS Service (Memory Assessment and Treatment Service in Psychiatry of Old Age)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to refer:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Routine referrals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SCI Gateway<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Urgent referrals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SCI Gateway<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For advice or discussion about urgent or rapid access referrals, please contact the Consultant on call for MoE at WGH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Geriatric Medicine Advice Hotline: 0131 465 9107 (08.30 &#8211;
