Activity can accompany usual treatments such as medication, or replace them, providing more holistic treatment of mental health problems. In addition to support to set goals and develop a programme, service users are provided with a MAC card which entitles them to reduced cost access to Midlothian leisure facilities. &nbsp;Patients are regularly followed up and their action plan goals reviewed with the project coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please see <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.nhslothian.scot\/files\/sites\/2\/Midlothian-Council-Wellbeing-Service-Brochure.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Midlothian Active Choices<\/a> for further detail, including how to contact the service.
